Overseer is a private Discord bot used for project management within the Runic Library gaming community. It uses Google OAuth2 to verify user email addresses and manage access to internal Google Workspace resources such as spreadsheets, documents, and shared folders.
We collect and store only the following information:

The Discord ID and email mapping is stored securely in a private database and is not used for analytics, advertising, or tracking.
We do not sell, share, rent, or disclose your personal information to third parties.
Overseer accesses basic Google account information including email address and public profile details through Google OAuth2 scopes (openid, email, profile).
This information is used strictly for identity verification and access control. No Google user data is used for advertising, analytics, or shared with third parties.
Overseer complies with Google’s Limited Use policy for OAuth data.
You may request deletion of your stored data at any time by contacting the project administrators. Once removed, your access to managed resources will be revoked.
Reasonable technical measures are used to protect stored information against unauthorized access.
